MERRI ANN SIMONSON

Encompassing over 27 years of real estate experience, Merri Ann Simonson is a results-oriented individual who prides herself on practicing real estate with the highest level of business ethics and communication. Prior to selling real estate on San Juan, Merri Ann spent 19 years in the banking industry in Seattle. San Juan was her escape during this time and she acquired her first piece of property and built a vacation home on the island in 1989. She relocated to the island full-time in 1995. She lives, works and plays here and has since become a beacon of information for her clients looking to make their next move on the island.

Merri Ann is a consummate professional in her field. Her experience includes over 20 years of serving on the San Juan County Association of REALTORS. In addition, she is an accredited first-time home buyer instructor which closely aligns with her motto of being an ‘information source’ to all who know her. With her professionalism has come great success. She has been honored the last 5 years consecutively with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite award for production.

2019 has brought exciting changes to Merri Ann’s real estate business as she welcomes her past client and fellow San Juan REALTOR, Terri Zambrovitz to her real estate team.
